WELCOME TO OUR NEW HOME From Holding Hands to Building Safer, Stronger Futures. Sometimes, transformation begins with something as simple as holding a hand. For more than a decade, Hold My Hand Foundation (HMHF) has walked with children, widows, vulnerable women and families through moments of crisis—rescuing children, supporting education, responding to medical needs, strengthening livelihoods and helping families find hope when life seemed to have run out of options. But we have learned something important: People do not only need to be rescued from crisis. They need the opportunity, support and systems to build a life beyond it. That is why today, we are opening a new chapter as My Safe Home Haven (MSHH). This is more than a new name. It is a strategic transformation—from interventions to sustainable family transformation. We are building stronger approaches to child protection, parenting, family strengthening, education, livelihoods and community development—working with families, communities, institutions, government, academia and partners to create change that can last.
